Hello! My name is Yamari David. I was born in Orlando Florida and I am Puerto Rican. My love for fashion and writing all began when I was a little girl. I would always write short stories about anything my mind could think of. When I was in High School, I was apart of a club called “The Link” where I had the opportunity to have my writing and photography published in the local newspaper. In one of my pieces, I wrote about different fashion styles around my High School to showcase the diversity between them all. It was a fun article to write because a lot of people were excited to show off their style and talk about it.

Being "trendy" doesn't always have to mean being the same as everyone else, copying others' looks, or having your life in a "perfect" state according to social media. Being trendy can mean seeking inspiration from different places and making it your own to fit your lifestyle.

A big problem I know people have nowadays is wanting to dress the part visually and figuratevly, but money or resources prevents them from doing so. There isn't such thing as one size fits all.
