Fourth of July in Style

I have been seeing Zara on so many of my ads for quite some time. Their clothing always struck me with how "extra" a lot of the pieces were and if you know me, you know I love extra. This category is the pricier one out of the other two. This is for the people who want good quality clothing with more unique pieces. Zara will definitely deliver in this department.

This is the first time I have shopped with Zara and let me tell you my mission was to find a Fourth of July outfit, but I wanted to buy so much more! I definitely favorited a few things so that I could go back and purchase later because I needed to have them.

If we are being honest here, I did try to find things that weren’t too pricey, but would still work for the category. The reason for this is because I pushed the date I wanted to post the release of my blog for the public with a two-week timeframe and I had to make sure I was able to buy outfits for the two other categories. Normally I will do one blog for one category per week along with some fun side blogs. I was not expecting to jump in this fast, but if I didn’t start now, then when would I? For the future, you can expect to see items for this category that will not just come from the lower end of the bargain. Although this one definitely did top the two price-wise.

When I started exploring their site I was intrigued by almost every piece I saw. I like clothing that stands out and is not apart of normal wear. I scanned through their bottoms first and I instantly became OBSESSED with this denim skirt. The fact that I was searching for a Fourth of July outfit did add to the excitement I had for it. This denim white skirt has embroidered stars on it. How cute??? It’s almost like it was made for me to stumble upon it for my blog. I knew as soon as I saw it I had to get it. I will admit that I ordered the skirt one size too big, but thank goodness for one of the other items I bought!

I found this red ruffled knit crop top. The ruffles on it gave it this fiesta vibe that I am living for. I also wanted to look for a top that was cropped to pair with the skirt. The material feels heavy, but it is comfortable to wear. You can wear it as an off the shoulder top or as a regular top. It looks super cute both ways!

The only thing that was missing was the blue. I knew since I had a white denim skirt, I instantly thought that it would be cool if I found a blue belt to go with it. This shade of blue is subtle, yet pairs nicely with the other two pieces. Especially to hold my skirt that was a little too big. Oops!

I love this outfit because you can wear any of these pieces separately for another occasion and not have to tie it to a patriotic look. They are also more unique and I love that about them because it makes you stand out. People will be wondering where you got your clothes from. It's a secret! Well... not so much anymore.

As always babes, stay beautiful, stay positive, and stay trendy!
